Who we are
This website is run by Frondico. You can reach us at hello@frondico.com with any question about your data.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you selected, your message and the time it was sent.
- Newsletter: your email address and the time you signed up.
- Abuse protection: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions. It is kept in memory only and is not stored with your message.
Why we use it
We use contact details only to read your message and reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and on the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract. We use newsletter addresses only to send the updates you asked for, based on your consent. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry, and for no longer than 12 months unless we go on to work together. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
Who can see it
Your data is stored on our server. Messages are delivered to our mailbox through our email provider, and newsletters may be sent through a mailing service, both of which process data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the address above. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
