Concept project. It shows how we would approach this product, and is not client work.

The challenge

Most CRMs are built for sales departments. Small creative teams end up paying for features they never touch, and keep client details in their inbox anyway.

Our approach

  • Build around projects and relationships, not sales pipelines.
  • Capture information from the tools people already use, with as little typing as possible.
  • Answer one question quickly: who do we need to get back to today?

What it would do

  • One place per client

    Contacts, notes, files and projects live together.

  • Follow-up reminders

    A short daily list, so no conversation goes quiet by accident.

  • Simple by design

    Useful on day one, without a long setup.
