Concept project. It shows how we would approach this product, and is not client work.

The challenge

Small teams keep their work in chat threads, spreadsheets and half-used task tools. Nobody can see what is moving and what is stuck without asking around.

Our approach

  • Start from one question: what does a team lead need to see first thing in the morning?
  • Keep one source of truth for tasks, then let every view read from it.
  • Design the empty state first, because that is what every new team sees.

What it would do

  • A dashboard that answers questions

    Workload and progress at a glance, without building reports by hand.

  • Views for how people work

    The same tasks as a board, a list or a timeline.

  • Quiet by default

    Notifications only when something actually needs a person.
